President and CEO
Lori Frank joined the Company in May 2011 in the role of President and brings more than 28 years of management experience within the financial services technology industry, including eight years of commercial banking and 20 years of “C” level management in technology companies. She has served as CEO of both private and public companies including INSCI Incorporated (INSI), ICU Data Systems, Imaging Institute/Towne Services. and DCR Technologies/Network Imaging. She has successfully co‐founded and sold numerous technology companies over the years providing attractive returns to the investors. Lori's expertise includes new product launches, market education, and product positioning. Her strong sales and marketing background has helped companies gain market share, enhance sales revenue and achieve profitability.
Lori graduated from Portland State University with a degree in Business Administration and has continued her education with certifications in Bank Auditing, Accounting, and Marketing. Lori has spoken at numerous industry events over the years and is considered one of the pioneers in the advancement of technology within the financial services marketplace.
David B. Johnson
David knows business and what it takes to grow successful firms. He served as senior vice president of MJSK, a retail securities and institutional clearing firm from 1981-2001. In late 2001 he was appointed President, CEO and Chairman of the board of directors and served in that capacity until the firm was sold to Steifel Financial of St. Louis, Missouri in December of 2006. He currently owns Cedar Point Capital, an investment banking firm which specializes in early stage/startup investments and has been active in the financing of early stage/startup businesses for over 25 years.
For 20 years, Marty served as the President and CEO of Wells Fargo Business Credit. During his tenure, Marty acquired multiple companies for Wells, reviewed dozens of others, and developed the systems and procedures for what is now one of the largest collateral based lending companies in the United States. Under Marty’s leadership, annual loan volume at Wells Fargo Business Credit grew from $80 million in 1995 to over $5 billion in 2009. Marty is a expert in collateral management and risk management. Marty received his BA in economics from the University of Windsor in 1969 and his MBA with a concentration in finance from Loyola University of Chicago in 1973.
Mr. Arvidson has had an extensive career in international business in Europe, Asia, Australia and North America. He has served in executive positions for AB Electrolux in Sweden, Italy and the United States as well as White Consolidated Industries in Cleveland, Ohio. From 1981-2006 Mr. Arvidson owned Elna International Corporation, a worldwide distributor of household appliances with headquarters in Geneva, Switzerland. In 2006, Curt Arvidson sold Elna International Corporation and is now focusing on his family holdings in Sweden and Italy as well as private investments in the United States.
Sam Richter is an internationally recognized expert on sales, marketing, and reputation management. His award-winning experience includes building innovative technology, sales, and marketing programs for start-up companies and some of the world’s most famous brands. Sam is Founder and CEO of SBR Worldwide/Know More! And SVP/Chief Marketing Officer at ActiFi, a software and solutions firm serving the financial services industry. Sam has spent more than eighteen years in the advertising, public relations, and e-commerce/e-marketing industry, and has created programs for companies including: Microsoft, Coca-Cola, Major League Baseball, Northwest Airlines (Delta), Kraft/Nabisco, Polaris Industries, National Geographic, 3M, Brunswick, and other large and small firms.
David Peterson serves as Chief Strategic Officer of i7strategies, an independent strategic planning and consulting firm for financial services and electronic payment initiatives. Peterson was the original founder of Goldleaf Technologies, a leading provider of electronic payments software and online banking services to financial institutions. He is actively involved in ACH and payments, serving on the board of PaymentsFirst, and has been a featured keynote speaker for numerous associations, banking schools, and industry trade groups, including ICBA, NACHA, BAI, and GSBC, as well as state and regional electronic payment organizations across the country.
